1. Nature of the program
The points program is a promotional and commercial loyalty benefit. It does not constitute money, a security, a refundable balance, a payment method or an unlimited acquired right.
- Only customers who comply with these terms may earn and redeem points.
- Participation in the program implies acceptance of the policy in force at the time of the transaction.
2. How points are earned
Points are granted only on the first payment made for the purchase of an eligible service.
- Additional, complementary or later payments linked to the same invoice do not generate extra points.
- Only reservations with effective and verifiable advance payment are eligible for earning points.
- Payments made with credits, vouchers or unauthorized methods do not generate points.
- If the total purchase is COP 500,000 and the first payment is COP 250,000, the points are calculated only on COP 250,000.
3. Conversion and validity
The program uses the following earning and expiration rules.
- For each COP 1,000 paid, the customer earns one (1) point.
- Each point has a reference redemption value of $50.
- The points are rounded to the nearest whole integer.
- Payments below COP 1,000 do not generate points.
- Points expire ninety (90) calendar days after they are credited.
- Expired points are automatically deleted and cannot be recovered.
4. Redemption conditions
Points may only be redeemed in services expressly authorized by the company under the program rules in force.
- Allowed services: massages, facials, spa days and hair-removal services.
- Points are not valid for physical products, digital products or services other than those listed.
- Points are personal and non-transferable.
- Only the holder of the registered account may redeem them.
- Points cannot be exchanged for money in cash or for bank deposits.
5. Restrictions and exclusions
The following restrictions apply to accumulation and redemption of points.
- Points cannot be combined with promotions, special discounts, promotional packages, special events or campaign-specific offers.
- Employees, direct relatives of employees, partners or shareholders of the company and active service providers related to the company may not earn or redeem points.
- Authorized payment methods: cash, credit cards, debit cards, PSE, QR codes and bank transfers.
- Payments made with methods not listed above will not be eligible for point accumulation.
6. Account association and security
Points are associated with the customer profile and with the WhatsApp number registered in the system at the time the points are credited.
- Queries and redemptions may only be processed by the account holder through the registered number or after sufficient additional validation.
- The company is not required to merge, transfer or combine points between different numbers or different customer profiles.
- A message sent from another number does not authorize disclosure, redemption or transfer of points until identity is validated.
7. Fraud, abuse and changes to the program
The company may audit point transactions and take measures when it detects inconsistencies, abusive conduct, fraud or non-compliance with this policy.
- Any fraud attempt, abuse of the system or breach of these terms may cause the immediate suspension or loss of accumulated points.
- The company may modify, suspend or terminate the program at any time for future transactions, by publishing the updated version on this site.
- Confirmed redemptions already approved by the company will keep their validity unless a legal cause or proven fraud justifies their reversal.
